At Polished Strands, we are committed to providing premium extensions, crafted units, and a polished customer experience from order to delivery. Please review the policies below before placing your order.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders require 48–72 business hours to process and verify before shipment. Processing time begins after your order is placed and does not include weekends or major U.S. holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the next business day unless it is a holiday.
SHIPPING POLICY
Once your order has been processed, please allow 7–14 business days for shipping and delivery. Shipping time is separate from processing time. After your order ships, you will receive a tracking email so you can follow your package. Due to the value of our products, a signature may be required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, your package may be returned to your local post office.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Polished Strands is not responsible for incorrect addresses or packages delivered to the wrong location due to customer entry error. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address or a missed delivery, the customer is responsible for paying the new shipping fee required for reshipment.
ALL SALES FINAL
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions, closures, frontals, or custom units. If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
HAIR TEXTURE & COLOR VARIATION
Because our hair is premium and authentic, slight differences in curl pattern, wave pattern, or natural brown tone may occur. These natural variations are normal and are part of the quality and character of the hair.
